Nee-Nee teaches slow flow, Hatha, and Vinyasa in a way that’s accessible and intuitive, weaving in elements of stretch therapy and bodywork to support rest, release, and restoration.
Beginners welcome! All equipment is provided; wear comfortable clothes.
