Bread for the City is partnering with law firm Mayer Brown LLP to hold a Public Benefits Legal Clinic on June 4, 2024, at our Southeast Center, 1700 Marion Barry Ave SE, WDC. Community members can request an appointment for any of the following support:

• Creating a District Direct account
• Filing or recertifying for benefits like SNAP, TANF, Alliance, and Medicaid
• Support gathering the necessary documents for their application or recertification

This is a one-day, in-person clinic. Spots are reserved by appointment ONLY, no walk-ins. Call our legal team at (202) 386-7616 from Monday-Friday, 9 AM-4 PM to make an appointment.
