You are eligible for the Mammogram screening if you:

– HAVE medical insurance (such as Medicaid, Medicare, etc.)
– ARE at least 40 years of age.
– HAVE NOT had a previous mammogram in the past year.
– HAVE NO current breast symptoms or complaints.

Limited slots are available, so please register as soon as possible.
