Kristen Kozlowski started at Bread for the City in 2011 as the grant writer, and is now the Associate Director of Development. In this role, she manages the grants and communications programs for both the annual fund and "Building on Good Hope" Capital Campaign.

As COO, Jeannine Sanford is BFC’s second-in-command and responsible for overseeing daily administrative, programmatic, and business operations. Sanford also establishes policies and procedures that promote BFC’s culture and vision, sets goals to promote sustainability and growth, manages relationships with partners and vendors, and leads employees to encourage job satisfaction, performance, and dedication.
