This workshop incorporates elements of martial arts movement, including stance work, footwork, balance, coordination, and basic technique drills. The workshop emphasizes controlled movement and general fitness in a fully non-contact format. Beginners welcome!
This class is led by Allison Wu of Forge Wellness, and is offered every other Tuesday. This class alternates with Introductory Boxing.
