It is grounded in principles of financial social work and social justice and blends storytelling, strategy and self-compassion to help participants build agency over their financial futures. Each week is a stand alone session and you can join at any time. Throughout the sessions, participants will explore early money messages, unpack shame, practice boundary setting, and celebrate small wins together.
