Career Pathways Project

The Career Pathways Project provides participants with a personalized experience, focusing on external factors that impact career decisions. We take a holistic approach to career development by offering 1:1 sessions that explore your unique challenges and opportunities, helping you map out the best path for achieving your goals.

Metrix Learning Cohorts

Metrix Learning offers web-based, self-paced learning to help you build new skills and certifications to meet the demands of today’s job market. Each cohort runs for four months with classes available Tuesday through Thursday. Participants are required to log at least 10 hours of class participation per week. Whether you need to enhance existing skills or gain new certifications, Metrix Learning offers an accessible path to career advancement.

Workforce Wednesday Workshops

Workforce Wednesday is a key feature of our program, offering free workshops each week on topics like:

  • Resume Writing: Craft a standout resume that catches employers’ attention.
  • Job Search Strategies: Learn how to find and apply for jobs effectively.
  • Starting a New Job: Gain confidence as you transition into a new role.
  • Job Retention: Develop strategies for thriving in the workplace long-term.

These workshops are open to all participants in our Workforce Development Program and are a great way to sharpen your skills and connect with our community.
