Participants will learn practical mental hygiene practices that support the Six Dimensions of Wellness—emotional, physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, and occupational—while examining how appraisal, disposition, and mindset shape daily experiences.
This month’s topic is My Life, My Story.
The focus will be on helping you reflect on the stories your tell yourself about who you are, what you have been through, and how you want to move forward. We will explore how mindfulness can help us become more aware of our inner dialogue, recognize unhelpful patterns in self-talk, and begin shaping a more grounded and intentional personal narrative.
