A Taste of African Heritage (ATOAH) is a 6-week cooking and nutrition curriculum from Oldways based on healthy plant-based foods from across the African Diaspora. Each class is includes an historical and nutritional discussion and a cooking demonstration. Classes will focus on traditional Herbs and Spices, Greens, Whole Grains, Beans and Rice, Tubers and Stews and Fruits and Vegetables.Â
