SE Expansion Update

There’s so much good news on our SE building construction!
- 96% complete on overall construction.
- Parking aisle pavers are being installed.
- Dental equipment has been delivered and is now being installed.
- Marble tile has been installed on the main floor lobby walls and is being installed on the 2nd and 3rd floor lobby walls.
- Pavers are being installed in the rooftop vestibule area.
- A wood ceiling is being installed in the main lobby.
- PEPCO power is in place and up and running.
- Washington Gas service is up and running.
- Water and sewer line connections are complete.
- The elevator is operational.
